Steve Zombik | Executive Chef

August 2012 to present

Chef Steve began his culinary career after graduating from Boston’s Newbury College with a degree in culinary arts. After graduation, he gained extensive training and experience as a cook for country clubs and local restaurants. Steve moved on to work in hotels in Ohio, New Hampshire and Jamaica. Eventually, Steve became Executive Chef at the Wyndham Peachtree Conference Center in suburban Atlanta. In 2003, he opened his own English pub, and three years later, he opened a fine-dining restaurant and catering company in Georgia. In 2009, Chef Steve headed west to become Executive Chef at the Riverhouse Hotel and Convention Center in bend, Oregon. In August 2012, Catering by M&S welcomed Steve to the family, and our patrons have been the fortunate beneficiaries ever since. Steve has received numerous culinary awards for all types of competitions, from ginger bread bake-offs to ice carving events.
