Catering by McCormick & Schmick's is a Northwest-based off-premise catering specialist with either exclusive or preferred relationships at many of the area's most unique venues. We offer full-service catering and event planning; contemporary Northwest cuisine utilizing the region's freshest seafood, meats, fruits and vegetables; and full bar service featuring exceptional local beverages.
OUR CUISINE
Our creative menus feature the Northwest's bounty, including salmon, oysters, Dungeness crab, wild mushrooms, hazelnuts, berries, apples, cherries, Walla Walla onions and more. We're also happy to custom-design theme menus to reflect individual tastes or budgets. OUR SERVICES
Our experienced event planners carefully tailor each special event by assisting with venue selection, menu design, timing, linens, lighting and décor, entertainment, flowers and vendor coordination. Next, our expert staff executes the event with timeliness, attentive and cordial service and professionalism.
OUR BEVERAGES
Catering by McCormick & Schmick's is fully licensed to provide an extensive selection of spirits, wines and beers on a cash or hosted basis—including hot or cold, traditional or specialty and alcoholic or nonalcoholic beverages. Packages are also available to complement the service of beverages. OUR CREDENTIALS
We have over 30 years of hospitality and tradition in 60+ restaurants and five catering divisions. On the basis of that reputation, we've been selected as the exclusive or preferred caterer at such venues as the Museum of Flight, Pacific Science Center, Seattle Public Library, Museum of History & Industry, Smith Tower Chinese Room, The Premier, Museum of Glass, Redhook Brewery, Bellevue Arts Museum and more.
