Seattle Public Library Opening, May 20 and 21, 2004

  • 1,100 hors d'oeuvres buffet for volunteers and staff of the library.

May 21, 2004

  • Tribute night opening reception for 800 guests.

  • Our chefs prepared 16,000 exquisite and specially created hot and cold hors d'oeuvres that were cooked on-site.

  • We are proud to be a preferred caterer at the Seattle Public Library.


Menu highlights included:

Mini Dungeness Crab and Brie Talmouses Pastry
Dungeness crab and Brie mousse baked in a flaky pastry purse

Cilantro & Aji Mirin-Marinated Tiger Prawn
with fresh papaya, wrapped in green onion and skewered

Maine Lobster Medallion on Canapé
with Mediterranean salsa on top

Smoked Alaskan Bay Scallops
wrapped in pancetta and served on a toothpick

Spiced Almond-Stuffed Medjool Dates
with chèvre
